Wow! This house is nice. If only l could win the PowerBall. I personally would get rid of that big tree that is not a palm tree from the backyard since it’s blocking the backyard view of the house 1:54 but the palm trees from the front and back, l’ll keep it how it is. I would love to have palm trees around my property to have that tropical feel. 😊

Like most of your videos 📹 . The furnaces or a/c unts on the roof is horrible to look at it gives the year 1954 exterior .

I really don't understand this house...its 18k square feet and yet has no family room. Strange.

House will never sell as long as the HOA maintains its corruption and they don’t get the crime under control

Not a bad house, just the wrong area of town. No safe grocery shopping unless you drive 20 -30 minutes east to the edge of Summerlin, schools in this area are awful and crime ridden. The entire area is high traffic with alot of indigent people walking around. Not to mention your neighbor literally has a salvage yard right next to you. Infinity pool looking at an unfinished dirt lot…. for 3.5 million they should have finished the back yard, or I hope there is a 500k credit to finish it.

Good luck trying to get a full size SUV or luxury car out of that garage without doing a 12 point turn… especially if you have two cars per garage.
